Naglabas ng balita sa YouTube, idedemanda… Kim Gun Mo, ibinulgar na nang-abuso ng babae sa bar

Nakatakdang maghain ng legal action ang South Korean singer-songwriter na si Kim Gun Mo sa YouTube channel na naglabas ng report na nang-abuso siya ng isang babae.

Ayon sa isang source mula sa agency ni Kim Gun Mo, ang sexual assault allegations reported by Garo Sero Institute YouTube channel ay hindi totoo.

“The suspicions of sexual assault reported by Garo Sero Institute are untrue. We will confer with a lawyer about taking legal action against spreading false rumors and defamation of character,” pahayag ng insider mula sa agency ni Kim Gun Mo.

Ayon sa report ng Soompi, ang lawyer na si Kang Yong Suk na siyang nag-create ng nasabing YouTube Channel kasama ang reporter na si Kim Yong Ho ang nagbalita tungkol sa reklamo ng isang babae kay Kim Gun Mo. Nakuha raw nila ang kuwento mula sa bik­tima mismo referred to as “A.”

Ayon sa report nila, nagtatrabaho si “A” sa isang entertainment bar sa Nonhyeon of Gangnam, Seoul. Sinabi raw ni “A” na na-meet nito si Kim Gun Mo for the first time nang pumunta ito sa bar bilang customer.

“(The victim told us that) Kim Gun Mo arrived alone at 1AM wearing a Batman t-shirt. He didn’t drink hard liquor but ordered soju and drank that instead. The victim drew a plan of the bar’s interior for us, and said Kim Gun Mo was in Room No. 9,” pahayag nina Kang Yong Suk and Kim Yong Ho.

Patuloy ng dalawa, “The victim was the eighth woman to enter the room that Kim Gun Mo was in, but he told all the other women to leave and told the waiter not to let anyone else in. He then told the victim to come into the bathroom, which was attached to the room in a special enclosed area. He then forced her into oral sex. Afterwards, he put her on the sofa and started sexually assaulting her.”

Tinanong daw nila ang babae kung bakit hindi ito sumigaw at sagot nito ay wala ring makakarinig dahil 17 ang rooms sa nasabing bar.

“It was important for us to verify the truth through concrete details, so we have secured a lot of evidence. It’s obvious what Kim Gun Mo’s response will be, so we can’t reveal the evidence on broadcast,” saad pa nina Kang Yong Suk at Kim Yong Ho.

Ayon pa sa dalawa, maghahain ng opisyal na reklamo ang babae sa December 9.
