Nadala na sa TV host, segurista… KAMPO NI NICKO FALCIS, TODO-INGAT SA PAKIKIPAGBATI NI KRIS

MAGKAKAROON ng negosasyon sa pagitan nina Kris Aquino (48 y/o) at Nicko Falcis (35 y/o) para subukang ayusin ang mga isyu nila sa isa’t isa na nauwi sa korte. Base ito sa recent Insta­gram posts ng dala­wang kampo.

Nitong Biyernes (April 26), nagkaroon ng palitan ng komento si Kris at si Nicko, ang dating business partner at former managing director ng digital company ni Kris na Kris C. Aquino Productions (KCAP).

Nagsimula ito sa pag-post ni Kris tungkol sa pagbasura ng Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office sa reklamong two counts of grave threats na isinampa ni Nicko at ng kapatid niyang si Atty. Jesus “Jess” Falcis laban sa web star.

Sa comments section, nagsabi si Kris kay Nicko na mag-usap sila tungkol sa kanilang mga legal issues.

Alok ni Kris, “So, I am making this offer, we can meet at a neutral location with your lawyers & mine.

“We can talk like civilized individuals - let’s not involve our siblings.

“And who knows, maybe God wants peace for us all.”

Hindi direktang sinagot ni Nicko kung tina­tang­gap nito ang offer, pero base sa Instagram post ng kanyang nakababatang kapatid, si Atty. Jesus “Jess” Falcis, malinaw na bukas ang kampo ni Nicko sa proposisyon ni Kris.

Pero, babala ni Jess, na nagsisilbi ring spokesperson ni Nicko, magiging mapagmatyag siya sa magaganap na negosasyon.

Ang post ni Jess nitong Biyernes: “As a supporting actor in my brother’s involuntary drama, I will give a chance for peace and quiet. But I am watching. If the negotiation is unfair like before… I hope not. For everyone’s peace of mind.”

Hindi na nag-elaborate pa si Jess tungkol sa “unfair negotiation” umano nila dati ni Kris. Pero sa isang presscon ni Jess noong Nobyembre, 2018, iki­nuwento nito ang mga demands ni Kris nang magkaroon sila ng meeting noong October, 2018.

Kabilang dito, ayon kay Atty. Jess, ay ang pagsipot ng ina nila ni Nicko sa negosasyon (hindi pumayag ang ina ni Jess); ang pagbabawal kay Jess na mag-post sa social media ng anumang laban kay Kris (hindi pumayag si Jess); at ang pagpirma agad ni Nicko sa agreement na inihain ni Kris kahit hindi pa nari-review ito nina Jess (hindi pumayag ang pamilya Falcis).

Sa Instagram post naman ni Nicko nu’ng April 26, sinabi nitong patuloy na nagdarasal ang kanyang pamilya para sa kapayapaan at hustisya.

“Our family continues to pray for peace and justice. We both told our truths as the cases get dismissed one after the other since we both want to protect our families.”

May kalakip ding quote ang post ni Nicko tungkol sa pagiging vigilant.

“Never be bullied into silence. Never allow yourself to be made a victim. Accept no one’s definition of your life; define yourself.—Robert Frost”

Sa post naman ni Kris nu’ng madaling-araw nitong Sabado, hinimok niya si Nicko na hayaan ang kani-kanilang legal counsel na mag-usap “in a FAIR and AMICABLE manner…”

Bungad ni Kris sa post niya: “Dean Divina said that Atty. Bernas and he share a mutual respect.”

Ang legal counsel ni Kris ay si Dean Nilo Divina ng Divina Law, habang ang abogado ni Nicko ay si Attorney Bernard Bernas.

Dagdag pang mensahe ni Kris kay Nicko: “If you are sincere in your desire for peace, let them be the ones to settle this in a FAIR and AMICABLE manner... you & I should have enough humility to realize that it’s time to exercise WISDOM, and humbly acknowledge that raw emotions from wounds that are only now healing will still be capable of clouding what must be pragmatic judgment.

“We can choose from the lines of 2 Culture Club songs: ‘War, war is stupid’ or ‘Karma, karma chameleon’”...

Noong January 10, 2019, pormal na sinampahan ng reklamong two counts of grave threats ng Falcis brothers si Kris dahil sa pagbabanta umano kay Nicko sa phone conversation nila noong September, 2018.

Ibinasura ito ng Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office noong April 1.

Sinampahan naman ni Kris si Jess ng nine counts of cyber libel sa Department of Justice noong November, 2018. Dahil daw ito sa mapanirang social media posts ng abogado laban kay Kris.

November, 2018 nang sampahan ni Kris ng 44 counts of qualified theft sa Department of Justice si Nicko sa pitong siyudad sa Metro Manila — Makati, San Juan City, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Taguig, Manila at Quezon City.

Inakusahan ni Kris si Nicko ng paggamit ng credit card ng KCAP nang walang kaukulang pahintulot mula sa kanya.

Nabasura ang reklamong ito ni Kris kay Nicko sa Pasig, Makati at Taguig. Iniurong naman ni Kris ang reklamo niya laban kay Nicko sa siyudad ng Mandaluyong.
