Kinasuhan dahil sa sex video scandals, imoral daw… SEUNGRI, JUNG JOON YOUNG AND CHOI JONG HOON, BANN
NAGDESISYON na ang KBS (isa sa malalaking networks sa South Korea) na isama na sa listahan nila ng banned celebrities sina Seungri, Jung Joon Young and Choi Jong Hoon which means, hindi na sila puwedeng lumabas sa kahit ano’ng show ng network.
“The deliberation committee met late last month and came to the decision to temporarily restrict their broadcasted appearances,” pahayag ng source mula sa KBS as reported by Soompi.
Bilang pagsunod sa alituntunin ng komite hinggil sa restrictions on broadcasted appearance, ang KBS ay maaaring magbigay ng warning, temporary restrictions or mag-ban ng celebrities sa kanilang programa if that celebrity has taken part in immoral actions that are deserving of public criticism.
Gayunpaman, hindi naman daw permanente ang restrictions na ibinaba kina Jung Joon Young, Seungri, and Choi Jong Hoon bilang kasalukuyan pa itong nasa korte at wala pang desisyon.
Kapag na-clear naman daw sa charges ang tatlo or kapag nakapagbigay na ng sapat na oras for self-reflection, magkakaroon naman ng committee hearing ang network kung puwede nang i-lift ang restriction.
Matatandaang inaresto si Jung Joon Young noong Marso for filming and distributing videos containing hidden camera footage. Si Seungri naman ay kinasuhan ng prostitution mediation, violation of food sanitation law, spreading illegal footage and embezzlement. Si Choi Jong Hoon naman ay kinasuhan ng sexual assault from filming a sex video without consent.
