Mga pulis, nilalagyan daw kaya tameme… SEUNGRI NG BIG BANG, SABIT SA CLUB NA NANG-HARASS NG BABAENG

NAHAHARAP ngayon si Seungri ng Big Bang sa isang malaking controversy nang iere ng nightly newscast na News Desk ng MBC last January 28 ang tungkol sa naganap na assault diumano sa Burning Sun, ang club na diumano’y pag-aari ng K-Pop idol.

Ayon sa biktima na si Mr. Kim, naganap ang insi­dente noong November last year at kuwento niya, tinu­tulungan lang daw niya ang isang babae who was being sexually harassed at the club nang bugbugin umano siya ng mga security guards.

Aniya, nang dumating ang mga pulis, inaresto siya at siya pa ang napagbintangang gumawa ng gulo.

Kaugnay nito ay may CCTV footage ring in-upload si Mr. Kim na kuha sa loob ng Bur­ning Sun at sa video ay makikita ang isang ba­bae na hinihila ng isang lalaking staff palabas.

“Less than 10 days after my incident occurred on November 24, a woman who was intoxicated by something was dragged by her hair by a Burning Sun guard down a VIP hall. The woman grabbed on to the computer and desk and seemed to be in need of help, but the staff ignored that. I received information that the woman reported this to the police, but the police let it pass and Burning Sun deleted the CCTV [footage],” pahayag ni Mr. Kim.

Sinabi rin niya na nangyayari raw at least twice a day ang mga ganu’ng pangyayari sa Burning Sun at tuma­tang­gap daw ang mga pulis ng malaking halaga mula sa club.

Dahil involved ang pangalan ni Seungri na sinasabing may-ari ng club, agad na naging hot issue ang report na ito at nagdi-demand ang publiko ng pahayag mula sa singer or sa agency nito na YG Entertainment.

Last January 31, three days matapos ibalita ng News Desk ang insidente, finally ay nag-issue na rin ng official statement ang CEO ng YG Entertainment na si Yang Hyun Suk na inilabas niya sa official blog ng agency.

Sa nasabing statement ay marami siyang bagay na nilinaw. Una na rito ay hindi pala si Seungri ang may-ari ng club kundi executive director lang at nag-resign na raw ang singer dahil na rin sa nalalapit nitong military enlistment.

Pangalawa, wala raw si Seungri at the time of incident, taliwas sa mga naglabasang naroroon ito nang oras na ‘yun.

Pangatlo, dahil nasasangkot din si Seungri sa usaping drugs dahil sa isyung tila pinainom daw ng droga ang babaeng hinihila palabas sa video, nilinaw ng YGE na nagpa-drug test na ang kanilang talent at negatibo raw ang resulta nito.

“Regarding the negative rumors on Seungri’s club, I wanted to find out the truth and give a quick response since the beginning. “The difficulty was that I have never gone to this club and do not know any of the people related to the club, so I did not have a way to ask someone about the details of this incident.

“The only person I could ask was Seungri, and I found out that on the day of the incident, Seungri was at the scene until 3 AM on November 24, and the incident occurred past 6 AM.

“The reason why Seungri recently resigned as an executive director of the club was in order to comply with laws regarding military service as his military enlistment is approaching in March or April.

“According to Article 30 of the Framework Act on Military Status and Service, ‘A soldier shall not engage in any for-profit activity, other than military service, and shall not concurrently engage in other activity without permission from the Minister of National Defense.’ It is specifically written, ‘A soldier is prohibited from becoming a director, financial manager, general partner that takes part in the business, manager, promoter, or any other executive of a business.”

“I confirmed that due to this reason, Seungri is in the process of resigning from not only the club but all of the CEO and executive director positions for which his name is recorded.

Seungri himself is also feeling very apologetic to fans who must have worried due to this incident, and although he was going to share his position through a post of apology, I told him to hold off for the moment.

“This is because I decided that it would be better for him to share his position after the whole story of the incident is revealed more clearly through the investigation.

“Currently, the focus seems to be turning away from the assault incident towards a drug investigation.

To share with fans in case they are worrying even a bit, Seungri recently received a strong investigation by the prosecution with a search and seizure warrant due to groundless reports, and it was revealed clearly that there were no issues with all his examinations including urine and hair testing.
