CEBU—Isang lasing ang dinakip ng pulisya nang manampal ng lalaki at makumpiskahan ng baril, kamakalawa sa Bgy. Pajo, Lapu-Lapu City, sa lalawigang ito.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Ert Ryan Cabatana, residente ng Mandaue City.

Ayon sa ulat, nagtungo sa himpilan ng pulisya ang biktimang si Emmanuel Pacalioga para ireklamo si Cabatana na nanampal sa kanya at dahil dito, agad pinuntahan ng mga awtoridad ang suspek at nang kapkapan ay nakumpiskahan ito ng baril.

Nakapiit na ang suspek na nahaharap sa kasong physical injury at illegal possession of firearms and ammunitions.
