StAR Awards ng Pag-IBIG Fund ginanap sa Mindanao

HELLO, Bulgarians! Kamakailan lamang ay pinarangalan bi­lang best performing developers and employers ang Pag-IBIG Fund sa katata­pos lang na Stakeholders Accomplishment Report (StAR) sa Cagayan de Oro City noong April 26, 2019.

Ang StAR ay pag­papatuloy ng Chair­man’s Report ng Pag-IBIG Fund na nagsi­mula sa Pasay City noong January. Dahi­lan din ito para lubos na makilala ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang mga organization at miyem­bro nitong may mala­king tulong sa magan­dang performance noong isang taon.

Ibinahagi ni Secretary & Chairperson of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) and Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees Eduardo D. del Rosario na isa na namang malaking blessing ang achievement na ito dahil sa patuloy na breaking record ng Pag-IBIG Fund pagdating sa net income, loan releases at payment collection noong 2018. “Hindi natin ito matatamasa kung wala ang mga employer at developer na walang sawang sumusuporta sa atin. Ipinagdiriwang ang StAR para i-appreciate ang lahat ng ka­nilang effort at upang maging maganda ang relationship natin sa lahat ng stakeholders pati na rin ang pagtu­pad natin kay Pangu­long Rodrigo Duterte na mabigyan ng nara­ra­pat na benepisyo ang mga Pilipino.”

Bukod dito, ibina­hagi rin sa StAR ang mga accomplishment noong 2018. Isa na rito ang record-breaking net income na Php33.17 bilyon at naglabas ng halos Php75.31 bilyon para sa home loans at Php49.23 bilyon para sa short-term loans. Mataas din ang nako­lekta sa loan na umabot sa Php55.73 bilyon para sa housing loan at Php53.21 bilyon para naman sa short term loans.

Sa Mindanao, ki­nilala ang 8990 Housing Development Corporation, VCDU Realty Corporation, Agan Land Corporation, Bria Homes, Incorporated, Liberty Land Corporation, Malate Construction & Development Corp., Mc Gregor Development Corporation, Prime­land Properties, Inc., Prestige Homes & Realty Development Corp. at Pueblo De Oro Development Corporation bilang mga top developer base sa inilabas na home loans.

Pinarangalan din bilang Best in Conversion ang Pueblo De Oro Development Corporation, Best in Performing Loans Ratio ay sa VCDU Realty and Development Corporation, Best in Performing Accounts Ratio ay sa Prestige Homes & Realty Development Corporation at ang SP Madrid and Associates, GCCS and Associates at Molaer Law Office naman ay kinilala bilang top collection agencies para sa taong 2018.

Kinilala rin ang Min­danao State University, Provincial Go­vernment of Bukidnon at Philippine Army bilang Top Employers sa Government Sector. Samantala, pina­rangalan naman ang Tagum Agriculture Development Company, Inc. (TADECO), DOLE Philippines, Inc. at General Services Cooperative ang Top Employers sa Private Sector.
