Sa social media post ng singer at aktres na si Zsa Zsa Padilla noong July 10, 2025 ay nagbahagi siya ng larawan na nagpapakita ng puntod ng namayapang aktor at Comedy King na si Dolphy (RIP).

Ibinahagi ng mother dearest ng singer na si Karylle ang paggunita sa ika-13 anibersaryo ng kamatayan ng Comedy King.

Saad ni Zsa Zsa sa kanyang post, “Remembering you today, Dolphy, on your 13th death anniversary. Thank you for the laughter, the love, and all the beautiful memories you’ve left behind. You live on in our hearts and in the joy you brought to millions.”

Sa Instagram (IG) post naman ng aktor at direktor na si Eric Quizon ay nagbahagi siya ng video clip kasama ang kapatid na aktor na si Epy Quizon, habang ipinakikita ang puntod ng kanilang ama.

At ang isang video naman na ibinahagi ni Eric ay kasama niya si Zsa Zsa. Makikita na naglilinis ito ng puntod ni Mang Dolphy.

Sabi nga ni Eric habang naka-smile at halatang nagbibiro, “Actually, naka-hire kami ng cleaner,” sabay turo kay Zsa Zsa. Tapos ay sabay silang nagtawanan ng singer.

Ibinahagi ni Eric ang saloobin para sa 13th death anniversary ni Dolphy.

Napakaganda ng ginawang pagpapalaki ng veteran actress na si Coney Reyes at ng komedyanteng si Vic Sotto sa anak nilang si Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto.

Marami ang humanga at napabilib sa talumpati ni Mayor Vico na ginanap sa recognition rites ng University of the Philippines (UP) Diliman College of Engineering Class of 2025 noong Martes, July 8, 2025.

Sa talumpati ng anak ni Bossing Vic ay hinimok nito ang mga nagsipagtapos na pag-isipan ang tunay na kahulugan ng tagumpay, na hinahamon silang bumangon sa katiwalian at hindi pagkakapantay-pantay.

NAKAKALUNGKOT man pero nakatakda nang gibain ang iconic transmitter tower, ang old ABS-CBN building, ang Dolphy Theater, at ang chapel sa loob ng ABS-CBN compound dahil nabili na ng Ayala Land, Inc. ang nasabing property.

Sa social media post ng dating chief executive officer (CEO) ng ABS-CBN at aktres na si Charo Santos, nagbahagi siya ng video clip na nagpapakita ng loob ng ABS-CBN. 

Ang caption ng post niya: “Dito nabuo ang pangarap. Dito nagsimula ang kuwento. At sa bawat sulok, may alaala.

“ABS-CBN wasn’t just a workplace, it was our home. Every hallway holds a memory. Every room tells a story. And in every corner, my heart remembers.”

Sa Facebook (FB) post naman ng aktor na si John Arcilla ay nagbahagi rin siya ng saloobin tungkol sa nalalapit na paggiba sa iconic transmitter tower, ang old ABS-CBN building.

Super lucky talaga… ANAK NI AGA, MAY SARILING MOVIE NA

Nasaksihan ni yours truly ang pagpasok sa showbiz industry ng model at aktor na si Aga Muhlach noong teen-ager pa siya kasi ay pamangkin siya ng best friend ni yours truly na sikat na aktres noon na si Amalia Fuentes, now in heaven (RIP).

Mula sa pagiging teen heartthrob noong 1984, sa pelikulang Bagets, na ang theme song ay ang kantang Just Got Lucky, na isang angkop na paglalarawan sa naging buhay ng aktor na si Aga, at ngayon ay multi-awarded actor at sikat pa rin.

Kaya naman, hindi na rin nakapagtataka na sumunod si Andres Muhlach sa yapak ng kanyang daddy dearest bilang magaling na aktor at sa kanyang mommy dearest na si Charlene Gonzales na dati ring aktres-beauty queen.

Last July 9 ay nagkaroon ng story conference ang movie na pagbibidahan ng guwapong aktor na si Andres at ng aktres na si Ashtine Olviga.

Naibahagi sa nasabing event ni Andres na masaya siya na ang first movie niya ay may pamagat na Minamahal at ang daddy dearest naman niya ay nagbida sa movie na may title na May Minamahal (MM) noong 1993 kasama si Tita Aiko Melendez niya.

Kuwento pa ni Andres, “Tapos ngayon, nakakatuwa na ‘yung first movie ko rin with Direk JP and Ash, Minamahal, at s’yempre, nagre-ready na kami ni Ash.

“Nagwo-workshop kami. It’s going to be a fun process and we’re gonna learn many new things especially since mga bago pa kami.”

Samantala, in just 24 hours nang ipalabas ang teaser ay nakakuha kaagad ito ng million views. Kaya naman natanong din si Andres kung may pressure ba siyang nararamdaman.

Saad ni Andres, “Nu’ng lumabas ‘yung teaser, s’yempre naman, may pressure rin kasi first lead role namin ito at first movie ko rin ito.

“Pero importante rin ‘yung pressure na ‘yun kung gusto mong gawin ‘yung good performance.

“Or if you want to be on top of yourself, you need that pressure, and I think nakaka-help naman din.

“And s’yempre naman, kinakabahan din ako,” kuwento ni Andres habang naka-all-smile at lalong lumabas ang kaguwapuhan, pinagsamang mukha nina Aga at Charlene.

Swak na swak ang love team ng Viva Films called AshDres, referring to Ashtine at Andres.

ANGELINE, 2 DAYS ‘DI NAKATULOG NU'NG UNANG SUMAKAY NG PLANE

SA social media post ng singer at aktres na si Angeline Quinto ay nagbahagi siya ng kanyang larawan habang umiinom ng kape sa loob ng eroplano. Ibinahagi niya rin ang naalala niyang first time experience niya sa pagsakay ng eroplano.

Caption ng post niya: “Akala ko noon, never kong mae-experience ‘to. Parang laging first time pa rin ‘yung pakiramdam.

“Naalala ko ‘yung unang beses na nakasakay ako ng plane, contestant pa lang ako sa Star Power and may flight kami papuntang Iloilo. Two nights yata akong ‘di nakatulog nang maayos sa sobrang excited ko.

“As in, sobra! S’yempre, first time kaya super-excited talaga. So eto na, nu’ng nasa eroplano na kami ng Star Power Girls, biglang may umusok sa loob ng plane, nataranta ako. Normal lang pala ‘yun, tawa ako nang tawa!

“Pag-land namin sa Iloilo, tinanong ako ni Ms. Crissy kung kumusta ako, sabi ko, ‘Mabuti naman po, kaya lang parang medyo nahilo ako. Baka jetlag po.’ Kasi ang alam ko once makasakay ka ng plane, automatic may jetlag ka! Hahaha!

“Until now, ‘pag naiisip ko ‘yan, napapangiti pa rin ako. Ang saya lang, ‘di ba? Kaya eto, nagkakape ako sa eroplano ngayon, at walang jetlag kasi sa Cebu kami galing.”

Nakakatawa talaga ‘tong si Angge. Hahahaha!

Nagka-technical issue, bumalik after mag-take-off… KIM, NAG-PANIC, TODO-PRAY SA LOOB NG EROPLANO

KUNG si Angeline Quinto ay may masayang kuwento na naranasan sa pagsakay sa eroplano, kakaiba naman ang nakakatakot na naranasan ng aktres na si Kim Chiu matapos niyang ibahagi na nagkaroon ng “technical issue” ang eroplano na kanyang sinasakyan.

Kuwento ni Kim sa kanyang post, “Reading too much news lately got me nervous today.

“So much so that I caught myself looking for seat 11A — because, according to the internet, it’s the ‘safest seat’. Except… our plane’s seats started at 21. Hala!

“Quick story: Our flight was at 4:30 AM, and we finally took off around 5-ish. But just minutes after takeoff, the pilot announced we had to return to Manila due to a technical issue.

“Before that, the crew had been going in and out of the cockpit, which already had me low-key panicking. I tried to calm myself by sleeping it off, but when I woke up we were still on the ground… my thoughts went wild. As we turned back mid-air, all I could do was pray.

“But by God’s grace, we landed safely back in Manila. It was a frightening experience — but

I’m grateful. Grateful we made it back. Grateful to walk off that plane and breathe a little easier. Safety should never feel uncertain, but today reminded me just how precious and fragile life is.”

God is good all the time. All the time, God is good!
