Pag-IBIG Fund, NHA, SHFC, nagkasundo para sa programang pabahay sa gobyerno

Hello, Bulgarians! Ang Pag-IBIG Fund, National Housing Authority (NHA) at Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) ay lumagda sa isang kasunduan noong Labor Day upang magtayo ng halos 8,000 housing units sa mga pangunahing lungsod bilang bahagi ng government’s flagship na Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino o 4PH Program.

Sa ilalim ng kasunduan, ang Pag-IBIG Fund ay magbibigay ng project financing para suportahan ang pagtatayo ng mga housing developments ng NHA at SHFC sa mga estratehikong lokasyon sa Valenzuela City, San Fernando, Pampanga, Davao City at Manila.

“We are happy to report that the Pag-IBIG Fund, NHA and SHFC continue to forge strong partnerships in support of the 4PH Program’s goal of providing quality yet affordable homes, especially to underserved families,” saad ni Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, na namumuno sa 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees at sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). 

“In line with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to close the country’s housing gap, the DHSUD’s key shelter agencies remain united in our mission to ensure that every Filipino family has access to decent and affordable housing,” aniya pa.

Kabilang sa mga bagong proyekto sa pabahay ang isang medium-rise condominium na may 372 units sa Valenzuela City sa pamamagitan ng NHA, gayundin ang mid and high-rise developments sa pamamagitan ng SHFC: 3,440 units sa San Fernando, Pampanga; 1,200 units sa Calinan District, Davao City; 2,135 units sa Tondo, Manila; at 425 units sa Sta. Mesa, Maynila. Ang lahat ng mga proyektong ito ay tutustusan sa pamamagitan ng Direct Developmental Loan Program ng Pag-IBIG Fund, isang pasilidad na specially designed ng ahensya upang suportahan ang pagpapatupad ng 4PH Program.

Sinabi ni Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta na ang ahensya ay ganap na nakahanay sa housing vision ng administrasyon at binigyang-diin ang papel ng Pag-IBIG Fund sa parehong institutional at individual housing financing.

“This initiative is part of our unwavering commitment to uplift the lives of Filipino workers by providing them with access to safe, decent, and affordable homes,” ani Acosta.

“Through our continued collaboration with NHA and SHFC, we are helping build inclusive communities and contribute to the broader goal of national development,” sabi pa niya.

Sa pamamagitan ng pakikipagtulungan sa mga shelter agencies, hindi lamang tutustusan ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang pagtatayo ng mga proyektong ito kundi mag-aalok din ng mga end-user housing loan sa ilalim ng affordable terms para sa mga kuwalipikadong benepisyaryo alinsunod sa mga alituntunin ng 4PH.

PhilHealth at MMDA, pinagtibay uli ang partnership para sa public health education

Hello, Bulgarians! Muling pinagtibay ng Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) at ng Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) ang kanilang long-standing commitment sa public health education, na binuo sa anim na taong partnership.

Nanguna sa seremonya ng paglagda ng Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) noong Mayo 8, 2025 sa Makati City sina PhilHealth Acting President and CEO Dr. Edwin M. Mercado at MMDA Acting Chairperson Atty. Romando S. Artes, na sinamahan ng mga pangunahing opisyal mula sa dalawang ahensya. 

Ang panibagong MOA ay minarkahan bilang pagpapatuloy ng kanilang pagtutulungan na palakasin ang kamalayan ng publiko at pag-unawa sa mga benepisyo ng PhilHealth na patuloy na pinahuhusay ayon sa mandato ng Universal Health Care Law.

Sa ilalim ng MOA, gagamitin ng MMDA ang kanilang marketing communication channels kabilang ang digital at non-digital media platform para tumulong sa pagpapakalat ng napapanahon at tamang impormasyon sa mga inisyatiba at kampanya ng PhilHealth. Ang PhilHealth naman ay magbibigay ng mga updated Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials, at onsite registration sa mga orientation activities.

Binigyang-diin ni Dr. Mercado ang halaga ng pagtutulungan sa pagsusulong ng mga layunin sa kalusugan ng publiko. “Through the signing of this memorandum of agreement we reinforce our joint commitment towards protecting the health and safety of the Filipinos in our shared dedication in delivering Universal Health Care to the Filipino people. Kasama po rito ang pagbibigay ng anunsyo nu’n pong information sa ating mga miyembro,” ani Mercado.

Bilang tugon, sinabi ni Atty. Artes na nag-renew ang kanilang ahensya ng suporta sa PhilHealth’s information drive. “All of our facilities and assets will be used especially in the promotion of this beautiful project,” saad ni Artes.  

Ang magkasanib na pagsisikap ay sumusuporta sa pagpapatupad ng Universal Health Care (UHC) Act sa pamamagitan ng paghikayat sa pampublikong pakikipag-ugnayan at edukasyon, lalo na sa mga matataong lugar kung saan ang komunikasyon sa kalusugan ay mahalaga.

Opisyal na binuksan nina Social Security System (SSS) President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Joseph Montes De Claro (ika-4 mula sa kaliwa), Social Security Commissioner Eva B. De Leon ng Taytay, Rizal (ika-5 mula sa kaliwa) ang bagong SSS Taytay Service Office noong Abril 28, 2002, na nagdulot ng mas magandang serbisyo ng SSS sa mga taga-Taytay. Hello, Bulgarians! Pinasinayaan ni SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Robert Joseph Montes De Claro, Social Security Commissioner Eva B. Arcos, at Taytay, Rizal Mayor Allan Martine S. De Leon ang bagong SSS Taytay Service Office sa Taytay, Rizal, noong 28 Abril 2025, na magbibigay ng mas mahusay na serbisyo sa munisipyo ng binansagang Garments Capital of the Philippines.

Ang SSS Taytay Service Office ay matatagpuan sa loob ng municipal government complex sa 3rd floor ng Manila East Arcade II Building, Don Hilario Cruz, Barangay San Juan, Taytay, Rizal. Nakahanda itong magsilbi sa mga miyembro at employer ng SSS sa Taytay at mga kalapit na lugar mula 8:00 a.m. hanggang 5:00 p.m., Lunes hanggang Biyernes.

Inihayag ni SSS President at Chief Executive Officer Robert Joseph Montes De Claro na ang pagbubukas ng SSS Taytay Service Office ay isang mahalagang bahagi ng pagbabago ng organisasyon tungo sa pagiging mas service-oriented. 

“We are very excited to open our new SSS service office in Taytay, Rizal,” pahayag ni De Claro. “This new office will bring SSS services closer to our members and employers in the municipality and surrounding areas, especially considering the presence of many micro and small businesses in the town. We are confident that this new SSS office will make a significant

difference in their lives.”

Samantala, pinasalamatan ng SSS ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Taytay sa pagbibigay ng lease-free office space, maging sa renovation works at internet connection para sa bagong tanggapan ng SSS. 

Ang SSS Taytay Service Office ay may 75 square meters area at kayang humawak ng higit sa 300 transaksyon bawat araw. 

Ang mga member at employer ay maaaring magsagawa ng iba’t ibang mga transaksyon sa opisinang ito, kabilang ang member registration, issuance of employer certificates of compliance, submission of requests for membership amendments, updates to member records (halimbawa, mga simpleng pagwawasto at pagdaragdag ng mga benepisyaryo), at pagsunod sa Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) Program.
