Marcos, palaban sa pambu-bully ng China

Pinatutsadahan ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos ang China kaugnay sa nagpapatuloy na tensyon at mga insidente ng pambu-bully at pangha-harass sa West Philippine Sea.

“Let me remind our friends and our detractors: Filipinos are a noble, kind, gracious, and great race,” ani Marcos.

“We are not greedy. We are not racists. We are not liars,” wika ng Pangulo. 

“We are respectful, and we are dignified. We are Filipinos, and we do not yield.”

“Sa mga pang-aalipusta, hindi tayo matitinag. Sa manlulupig, hindi tayo pasisiil,” dagdag niya.

Nagsumite ng resolution si Senator Risa Hontiveros upang ideklarang National West Philippine Sea Victory Day ang July 12 bilang paggunita sa arbitral win ng bansa laban sa China.

Saad ni Hontiveros, "That signal victory in the Hague, it signaled that the world, under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, recognizes and with the Philippines upholds our national sovereignty in the West Philippine Sea vis-a-vis the regional giant China.

Samantala, ayon kay Hontiveros, inihain niya ang Proposed Senate Resolution No. 762 para na rin magunita ng mga Pinoy na sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III napanalunan ng Pilipinas ang arbitrary court.

Aniya, "(The next generation) will not lose memory in this wave of disinformation and misinformation about our victory... para rin magunita ng Pilipino it was the late President Noy who is the father of our victory at The Hague.”
