“Playing the role of Eva Candelaria is not easy even the time we were conceptualizing the story. That time pa lang, alam ko nang medyo metikuloso ‘yung role ni Eva Candelaria, but then again, I was so excited with this movie kasi very challenging ‘yung character niya.”

“Because now I’m a mother at dito ko lang masasabi sa harapan ninyo as Vilma Santos this time, I will do anything and everything for my children.”

“So, looking forward na sana, mapanood ninyong lahat ang Uninvited, we’re gonna offer you something different. It’s kinda dark but with a beautiful message, that’s Uninvited,” kuwento ni Ate Vi.

Ganu’n kabuo at kaganda ang pelikulang ito, so, we settle for R-16 and I assure you na hindi po kayo magsisisi,” sambit ni Ms. Vilma.

“As the Executive Producer of #UninvitedMMFF, I take great pride in creating films that challenge conventions, elevate the craft of Filipino filmmaking, and stay true to the stories we aim to tell. While the MTRCB has given Uninvited a Rated 16 classification, we stand firm in our decision not to compromise the integrity of the film by cutting any scenes to achieve a lower rating.

“This decision was made out of respect for the incredible performances of our cast specially The Star for All Seasons Vilma Santos-Recto, Aga Muhlach and Nadine Lustre and the power of the narrative we have worked so hard to bring to life. We are proud of the amazing production team headed by the brilliant and talented Dan Villegas, I know for a fact how great of a director you are, but still I am blown away by how you built and put together this beautiful film, Uninvited.

“Every frame of Uninvited serves a purpose, and every moment carries the depth and emotion needed to tell this story authentically. The power of mother’s love, the reality of injustice and abuse should be seen in full glory!

“We believe that Filipino audiences are ready for bold, uncompromised storytelling that pushes boundaries and sparks meaningful conversations. Uninvited is a testament to our commitment to be an asset to the Philippine film industry with courageous filmmaking that refuses to settle for less.

“After showing our film to the Cinema Exhibitors, I am happy and proud that NO ONE HAS DROPED A SINGLE THEATRE!!! In fact they are ADDING MORE!!! (emojis praying hands).

“We have a film that we can be proud of! Thank you for your support as we continue to celebrate Filipino talent and bring stories that matter to the big screen,” paliwanag ni Bryan.

May post si Maris Racal sa X (dating Twitter) na, “SO EXCITED TO LAUNCH SOMETHING TODAY AND TOMORROW.”

PUPUNTA sa Cebu City ang cast ng Uninvited sa December 8 for a big promo of the 2024 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) entry of Mentorque Productions and Project 8 Projects.

Sabi ng Mentorque, “CEBU, GET READY TO PARTY!

“This is the party you wouldn’t dare to miss- welcome to the UNINVITED GATECRASHERS TOUR! Kita-kits sa Mediacon, FanCon, at Motorcade—don’t miss the chance to party with us!

Uninvited hits cinemas nationwide starting December 25. Mark your calendars!”
