Hello, Bularians! Ang kabuuang assets ng Pag-IBIG Fund ay umabot na sa P1.1 trilyon noong Marso 31, 2025, binibigyang-diin ang patuloy na lakas ng pananalapi nito at muling pinagtitibay ang posisyon bilang nangungunang institusyong pinansyal ng pamahalaan sa bansa. Mula sa P1.069 trilyon sa pagtatapos ng 2024, ang kabuuang asset ay lumago ng P34.37 bilyon sa unang quarter pa lamang ng taon — dahil ito sa patuloy na pagpapalawak ng loan portfolio nito, maingat na pamumuhunan, at matatag na ipon ng mga miyembro.

Ang Pag-IBIG Fund ay nag-post ng solid equity base na P776.52 billion noong unang quarter, na kumakatawan sa pinagsamang value ng members’ equity, retained earnings, at iba pang reserba. Ang malakas na pinansyal na katayuan na ito ay nagbibigay-daan sa ahensya na patuloy na palaguin ang halaga ng ipon ng mga miyembro habang patuloy na nagbibigay ng mga loan program na magagamit ng 16.55 milyong active member nito.

Bilang karagdagan sa equity position, pinanatili ng Fund ang P21.29 bilyong cash and cash equivalents at pinalawak ang investment portfolio sa P133.06 bilyon — na nagpapakita ng strategic focus on liquidity at income-generating placement. Kabilang sa iba pang pangunahing bahagi ng asset ang ari-arian at kagamitan, investment properties, at various non-current assets.

Sa unang bahagi ng buwang ito, muling iginiit ni Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta ang 10-year vision ng ahensya: na magdeklara ng hindi bababa sa 10% sa annual dividend, palawakin ang digital access, at isulong ang advance financial inclusion para sa mga sektor na kulang sa serbisyo. Kasama rin sa long-term strategy ang pagpapalakas sa Fund’s sustainability at pagpapahusay sa tungkulin nito sa pagbuo ng bansa sa pamamagitan ng inclusive home financing — ganap na nakaayon sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. na mapabuti ang kalidad ng buhay ng bawat Pilipino sa pamamagitan ng abot-kaya at marangal na tirahan.

Sa unang quarter ng 2025, ang Pag-IBIG Fund ay naglabas ng P30.22 bilyon sa housing loan, habang ang kabuuang koleksyon ng membership savings ay umabot sa P40.41 bilyon — isang kahanga-hangang 41% na pagtaas mula sa P28.76 bilyon na nakolekta sa parehong panahon noong nakaraang taon. Iniulat din ng Fund ang isang malakas na performing loans ratio na 94.13%, na sumasalamin sa mahusay na portfolio management at patuloy na disiplina sa borrower.

Pag-IBIG Fund Home Loan Releases Reach P30B in Q1 2025

Pag-IBIG Fund released P30.22 billion in home loans from January to March 2025, an 8 percent increase—or more than P2 billion higher—than the P28.09 billion disbursed during the same period in 2024, officials announced Wednesday, May 21.

“The strong performance of Pag-IBIG Fund in the first quarter underscores its continued commitment to providing affordable housing opportunities for Filipino families,” said Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, who also chairs the 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees. “As we sustain progress in home financing alongside the growing momentum of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, we heed President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s call to uplift the lives of our fellow Filipinos by ensuring access to dignified shelter.”

Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta, meanwhile, said the loan releases helped 20,315 members acquire their own homes during the first three months of the year.

Acosta also highlighted Pag-IBIG Fund’s vital support for the government’s flagship 4PH Program, through which the agency provides financing to developers, contractors and local government units to build housing projects, as well as to individual buyers of 4PH units. In the first quarter alone, the agency released P987.91 million under the program, benefitting 669 members and their families who now own homes.

“We are grateful to our members and stakeholders for their continued trust and support in our programs,” Acosta said. “Our performance in the home loan front demonstrates not only our financial strength, but also our unwavering commitment to make homeownership more accessible for Filipino workers. Pag-IBIG Fund, NHA, SHFC, nagkasundo para sa programang pabahay sa gobyerno

Hello, Bulgarians! Ang Pag-IBIG Fund, National Housing Authority (NHA) at Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) ay lumagda sa isang kasunduan noong Labor Day upang magtayo ng halos 8,000 housing units sa mga pangunahing lungsod bilang bahagi ng government’s flagship na Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino o 4PH Program.

Sa ilalim ng kasunduan, ang Pag-IBIG Fund ay magbibigay ng project financing para suportahan ang pagtatayo ng mga housing developments ng NHA at SHFC sa mga estratehikong lokasyon sa Valenzuela City, San Fernando, Pampanga, Davao City at Manila.

“We are happy to report that the Pag-IBIG Fund, NHA and SHFC continue to forge strong partnerships in support of the 4PH Program’s goal of providing quality yet affordable homes, especially to underserved families,” saad ni Secretary Jose Rizalino L. Acuzar, na namumuno sa 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees at sa Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD). 

“In line with President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to close the country’s housing gap, the DHSUD’s key shelter agencies remain united in our mission to ensure that every Filipino family has access to decent and affordable housing,” aniya pa.

Kabilang sa mga bagong proyekto sa pabahay ang isang medium-rise condominium na may 372 units sa Valenzuela City sa pamamagitan ng NHA, gayundin ang mid and high-rise developments sa pamamagitan ng SHFC: 3,440 units sa San Fernando, Pampanga; 1,200 units sa Calinan District, Davao City; 2,135 units sa Tondo, Manila; at 425 units sa Sta. Mesa, Maynila. Ang lahat ng mga proyektong ito ay tutustusan sa pamamagitan ng Direct Developmental Loan Program ng Pag-IBIG Fund, isang pasilidad na specially designed ng ahensya upang suportahan ang pagpapatupad ng 4PH Program.

Sinabi ni Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta na ang ahensya ay ganap na nakahanay sa housing vision ng administrasyon at binigyang-diin ang papel ng Pag-IBIG Fund sa parehong institutional at individual housing financing.

“This initiative is part of our unwavering commitment to uplift the lives of Filipino workers by providing them with access to safe, decent, and affordable homes,” ani Acosta.

“Through our continued collaboration with NHA and SHFC, we are helping build inclusive communities and contribute to the broader goal of national development,” sabi pa niya.

Sa pamamagitan ng pakikipagtulungan sa mga shelter agencies, hindi lamang tutustusan ng Pag-IBIG Fund ang pagtatayo ng mga proyektong ito kundi mag-aalok din ng mga end-user housing loan sa ilalim ng affordable terms para sa mga kuwalipikadong benepisyaryo alinsunod sa mga alituntunin ng 4PH.
