Napanood pa ni ONE Strawweight World Champion Joshua “The Passion” Pacio ang bakbakan sa pagitan nina Bokang “Little Giant” Masunyane at Jarred “The Monkey God” Brooks sa ONE 156 noong nakaraang buwan.

“I expected a unanimous decision win by Brooks, but he displayed his wrestling and grappling prowess. I must say, I’m very impressed,” saad ng Team Lakay mainstay.

“Bokang is equally a fine wrestler, and I think he wants to prove that, but Brooks was very slick taking his back.”

“Any time soon,” ayon sa Baguio City-based fighter. “I’m ready to go.”

“I think I have a fair idea about this sport’s business side, and I’ve seen a lot of guys like him talk to market themselves, so I understand what he’s playing,” ani Pacio. “As for me, I’m just focused on my training and our game plan. I’m just happy he talks a lot and doing all that hype.”

“Now, to resolve the issue in question, we must enforce a straight-forward approach. Simply put, determined whether Casimero failed to comply with the WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests pursuant to the provisions contained in this Committee’s “Resolution.” This Committee is of the position that the conditions outlined in the “Resolution” are crystal clear. The relevant provision triggered upon the British Boxing Board of Control’s ruling prohibiting Casimero to participate in his second scheduled WBO championship bout. Wherefore, Casimero was unavailable and consequently, failed to comply as ordered by this Committee,” nakasaad sa resolusyong inilabas ng WBO na may pirma ni WBO Championship Committee Chairman Luis Batista Salas.

“The Committee unanimously recommended to the WBO Executive Committee to strip John Riel Casimero’s WBO World Bantamweight Championship Title for failure to comply with the conditions set forth in its “Resolution.”
