Ang daming umepal na fans at kinontra nila ang pangunguna ng Asia's Songbird.

Aba, kumakanta rin si Ate Vi kahit alam niyang hindi siya gifted as a singer, pero pumalo rin sa music industry ang iniambag niyang kanta. 

Lahat kasi ay na kay Ate Vi na, singer, dancer, actress, at isang mabuting pulitiko, so saan ka pa?

And for me, karapat-dapat na rin siyang tanghaling National Artist!!!

ANG former PBB housemate na si Fumiya Sankai ay nanalong Artist of the Year sa Canada-based group Spotlight Couronne Internationale during the 9th Calgary International Fashion and Arts Week (CIFAW) na ginanap sa Manila.

Ang awarding ceremony ay ginanap last July 26 sa MGBX Exhibition Hall, Marriott Grand Ballroom, Newport World Resorts, gathering artists, designers, and creatives from both the Philippines and Canada.

Originally held in North America, CIFAW debuted in the Philippines this year as part of its global expansion. 

The event brought together top Filipino and Canadian designers in a two-day fashion and arts showcase, culminating in the recognition of Sankai’s unique contribution to the arts.

May solo art exhibit din si Sankai, titled “Hum Art,” na na-feature sa kanyang  whimsical at expressive paintings. 

Natanong ang PBB Japanese housemate kung ano ang kanyang inspirasyon sa likod ng kanyang  featured artworks? 

Esplika niya, “I wanted the fusion of Japanese culture and Filipino culture because I’m pure Japanese pero I love the Philippines… This country changed my life in a good way. That’s why I want to be a bridge between the Philippines and Japan through my art.”

Organized by the Rotary Club Passport One and One Gallery, the event highlighted Sankai’s evolution as a creative force beyond the digital space.

Si Sofronio Vasquez ang kumanta ng national anthem kahapon sa 4th SONA ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos. 

"It’s an honor," ani Sofronio sa isang panayam. 

Ayon sa The Voice USA Season 26 champion, "Personally and professionally, it's a great honor. Nakadagdag siya ng aking self-esteem and recognition and worth as a performer and as a professional singer."

Sabi pa ng first-ever Filipino winner ng The Voice USA, overwhelmed at excited siya nang matanggap ang imbitasyon na siya ang napiling umawit ng national anthem.

“For a very specific and very important matter,” at ‘yun nga ay ang SONA 2025.

"It was an honor to sing in front of the President and the millions of Filipinos who will tune in live."

Agad na bumiyahe si Vasquez sa bansa mula United States kung saan na siya naka-based.

Ang Lupang Hinirang para sa kanya ay, “Kahit saan ka magpunta, you always come back to your chosen land.

“Marami tayong pagkakaiba, we just have to make sure na magkakaisa tayo.”

"I think it’s a calling na we have to understand, to just be particular of our emotions. We have to respect, we have to understand, and of course just share the simplicity of the Filipinos because Filipinos are very simple but very hardworking, ambitious.”

May gusto pa ngang gawing love team ang dalawa pamalit sa KathNiel (Kathryn Bernardo at Daniel Padilla). 

Angkop naman din daw sila bilang MarisNiel. 

Sana raw, gawan agad ng Kapamilya ng project sina DJ at Maris. Nakakatiyak daw silang papatok ang tambalang ito ng dalawa. 

Kayang-kaya raw makipagsabayan ng aktres sa aktor dahil may sarili siyang angst kung papaano mag-handle ng love team, gayun din naman daw si DJ.

Habang nagkakandaugaga ang mga Pinoy dito sa bansa kung paano labanan ang daluyong ng 3 linggong bagyong dumaan sa bansa, ang mag-asawang Sarah Geronimo at Matteo Guidicelli ay enjoy naman sa pagho-horseback riding sa mga kabayong sina Elysios at Principe Azul sa scenery ng Saint Moritz sa Switzerland. 

Ibinida ng actor-businessman ang kanilang trip sa European country habang uma-attend ng Festival da Jazz.

Mahigit ilang linggo na ring nasa Europe sina Matteo at Sarah mula nang tumungo sila sa London para manood ng concert ng American singer-songwriter na si Billie Eilish earlier this month.

“We’re going horseback riding in the mountains here in Saint Moritz. Look at this, it’s so cool! These horses are so big! They’re so big,” pagbabahagi niya sa Instagram (IG) Reels.

“We’re gonna go inside the forest. Sarah’s just getting comfortable. She’s just a little nervous but she’s getting the hang of it. Look how beautiful this is,” dagdag pa niya.

Bukod sa horseback riding, in-enjoy ng couple ang gabi nila sa  Saint Moritz sa panonood kay Dianne Reeves sa legendary Dracula Club. After the show, Sarah and Matteo strolled in the quiet streets of Saint Moritz.

NAG-REACT si Neil Arce matapos siyang i-remind ng mga followers na 4th wedding anniversary nila ni Angel Locsin nu’ng July 26. 

Sa Instagram (IG) Stories ni Neil, inamin niyang nakalimutan niyang wedding anniversary nila ni Angel.

Pinasalamatan niya ang nag-remind tungkol sa kanilang special day.

He reassured fans that this was no big deal between them, sharing their early agreement to treat every day as special instead of focusing on specific dates.

Aniya, “To everyone who reminded me and my wife that it’s our anniversary, thank you! We wouldn’t have remembered it without all of you.”
