MANILA, Philippines — June 10, 2026 — Insta360 officially introduced the Luna Ultra in the Philippines, marking the brand's entry into the gimbal camera category with a device that combines professional imaging, intelligent stabilization, and AI-powered creative tools in a compact, portable design.

Co-engineered with Leica, Luna Ultra brings together Insta360's imaging expertise and Leica's renowned optical heritage to deliver a powerful tool for creators, filmmakers, and storytellers seeking professional-quality content without the complexity of traditional camera systems.

Alongside the launch of Luna Ultra, Insta360 Philippines continues to strengthen its retail and customer support network across the country. Following the successful expansion to more than 30 authorized retail locations in 2025, the company is targeting 50 retail locations nationwide by the end of 2026, making Insta360 products more accessible to creators and consumers across key regions.

The expansion reflects Insta360 Philippines' broader commitment to improving the customer experience through increased product accessibility, educational initiatives, community engagement programs, and enhanced after-sales support.

Professional Imaging, Co-Engineered with Leica

At the heart of Luna Ultra is a dual-camera system co-engineered with Leica, combining a Leica Summicron wide lens with a dedicated telephoto lens for greater creative flexibility. Powered by dual imaging chips and a 4nm AI chip, Luna Ultra delivers enhanced image processing, intelligent scene optimization, and exceptional image quality across a wide range of shooting conditions.

The camera's 1-inch sensor captures stunning 8K video and high-resolution photos with impressive detail, dynamic range, and color accuracy. Complementing the main camera is a dedicated telephoto system offering up to 12× zoom, including 6× lossless zoom, enabling creators to capture distant subjects while maintaining image quality.

Support for 8K30fps recording, Dolby Vision, 10-bit I-Log, and Leica color profiles further elevates the creative experience for both everyday creators and professional storytellers.
