Muling binuksan ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) ang 35 jeepney routes at six provincial bus routes ngayong araw.


Balik-operasyon na ang 3,936 utility jeepneys, ayon sa LTFRB at 33,163 PUJs sa 371 routes sa National Capital Region.


Nagbukas din ang LTFRB ng anim na ruta para sa mga provincial buses mula sa Metro Manila papuntang Eastern Visayas.


Mayroon nang 305 provincial buses na balik-pasada na sa Metro Manila.


Ipinaalala naman ng LTFRB sa mga komyuter at transport operators na sumunod sa health protocols katulad ng pagsusuot ng face masks at face shields.

Idineklara ang state of calamity sa lalawigan ng Cavite ngayong araw dahil sa Bagyong Rolly na patuloy na nananalasa sa bansa, ayon sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Cavite.


Nasa evacuation center na ang daan-daang residente ng Carmona, Tagaytay, Cavite City, Naic, Ternate, Magallanes, General Mariano Alvarez, Rosario, at Noveleta dahil sa posibleng pagbaha, storm surge o daluyong at landslides.


Samantala, nakataas ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

  • Southern portion ng Zambales (San Marcelino, San Narciso, Subic, Olongapo City, Castillejos, San Antonio),

  • Bataan,

  • Southern portion ng Pampanga (Floridablanca, Guagua, Minalin, Apalit, Macabebe, Masantol, Sasmuan, Lubao),

  • Southern portion ng Bulacan (Baliuag, Bustos, Angat, Norzagaray, San Jose del Monte City, Santa Maria, Pandi, Plaridel, Pulilan, Calumpit, Malolos City, Guiguinto, Balagtas, Bocaue, Marilao, Meycauayan City, Obando, Bulacan, Paombong, Hagonoy),

Sinuspinde ang operasyon ng apat na rail lines sa Metro Manila na Light Rail Transit lines 1 at 2, Metro Rail Transit-Line 3 at Philippine National Railways ngayong Linggo dahil sa pananalasa ng Bagyong Rolly.


Itinaas ng PAGASA ang Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 4 sa National Capital Region (NCR) dahil sa Bagyong Rolly at nagbabala ng "very heavy damage to high–risk structures and heavy damage to medium risk structures."


Pahayag ng Transportation Department, "Please be informed that LRT-1, LRT-2, and MRT-3 will suspend their respective operations effective immediately... Passengers and employees who are already on trains and stations will be ferried to their destinations.”


Sa hiwalay namang anunsiyo, pahayag ni PNR General Manager Junn Magno, "Due to severe weather condition brought about by Typhoon Rolly, Train service of PNR is temporarily suspended until further notice.


"MSC 1008 leaving Tutuban station at 10:06 AM will be the sweeper train to ferry all remaining passengers and personnel. Bicol Commuter Train already suspended effective opening of business hours. Operation, Engineering, RSM and Security Personnel are hereby placed on high-alert status.”


Kinansela na rin kaninang 1 PM ang operasyon ng EDSA Busway Consortium, ayon sa Department of Transportation.


Pahayag ng DOTr, "Due to the inclement weather, and considering that the National Capital Region (NCR) is under typhoon Signal No. 4, the EDSA busway consortium will suspend their operations at 1:00PM today.”


Nagbabala na rin ang PAGASA sa posibleng pagbaha, landslides at pag-agos ng lahar sa ilang lugar.
