P-Duterte, nagpatulong kay Misuari para sa pederalismo

Nagkaharap kahapon sina Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) Founding Chairman Nur Misuari sa Davao City.

Bukod kina Pangulong Duterte at Misuari, naroon din sa naganap na pag-uusap ang asawa ng MNLF leader na si Tarhata at si Senator Christopher “Bong” Go.

“Meron siyang mga concerns sa Tawi-Tawi and the President promised to take it up sa Cabinet,” sabi ni Go. Ayon naman kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, hindi siya binigyan ng basbas para idetalye ang naging pagpupulong nina P-Duterte at Misuari.

Gayunman, maglalabas ng statement ang Malacañang tungkol sa nangyaring talakayan. Matatandaang maraming beses na ring nag-usap sina P-Duterte at Misuari tungkol sa mga isyu ng pangkapayapaan sa Mindanao.

Hiningi rin ng pangulo ang tulong ni Misuari para hikayatin ang mga Moro na miyembro ng Kongreso na makiisa sa panukala na isulong ang pederalismo sa bansa.

Noong Disyembre, 2019, itinalaga ni Pangulong Duterte si Misuari bilang Special Economic Envoy on Islamic Affairs sa Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Naturukan ng illegal COVID-19 vaccine... P-Du30 sa PSG: `Wag na wag kayong aamin sa Congress

Dinepensahan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang hanay ng Presidential Security Group (PSG) sa balitang nagpabakuna ang ilang miyembro nito ng “unregistered COVID-19 vaccines”.

Pahayag ni P-Duterte, “Itong vaccine sa PSG, to me it’s a matter of self-preservation. Whatever be your objection, whatever be your criticism, para sa akin, it is a matter of preservation.

“So hanggang diyan na lang ako, I will not elaborate on it. But do not force my hand to meddle into this affair… “Ginawa nila ito as I understand para sa kapakanan ng buhay nila so if they will be called to testify in Congress, as a lawyer, I will just tell them… because they are now being accused and with the accompanying statement of prosecution and things like that… If that is the case then I would ask the PSG to just shut up. Do not answer. Invoke the right against self-incrimination at wala kayong makukuha and do not force my soldiers to testify against their will.

"'Wag ninyong i-contempt-contempt na i-detain ninyo. I do not think that it will be good for you and for me, it would not be healthy for everybody.

Sa kanila ‘yan, eh. Kung tingin nila na ikabubuti sa buhay nila, hayaan mo.”

Aniya pa, “Do not answer. And maybe even, I will not allow them to appear in Congress.”

Saad din ni P-Duterte sa Congress, “Let them be and let them suffer kung merong adverse effect ‘yung vaccine.”

Hindi rin umano alam ni P-Duterte kung ano ang brand ng vaccine na ginamit ng PSG.

Buwelta rin ng pangulo sa mga nagsasabing kino-cover up lang umano ang PSG, “Do not presume na sabi, kino-cover up, put*ng in* kayo.

Wala akong… hindi ako g*go na maglaro ng ito... If I say that I will allow them, I will allow them. But I did not because they had it on the wrong. Pero kung gusto kong sabihin na for emergency purposes you give the vaccines, wala nang istorya ‘yan. Wala akong i-cover-cover. Hindi ako tarant*do kagaya ninyo. Eh, ‘yung utak ninyo, mahina, eh.

“So what would stop me by saying ‘Sige, pa-injection kayong lahat’? All the armed forces?

“You just don’t know the life of a soldier. Ako, matagal ako sa executive, I always have security beside me noon pa, matagal na, for 23 years. Add another 5 years. “Alam ko ang buhay ng security, so ‘wag mo silang pakialaman. I will ask them to shut up and not to answer any question.”

Bagong task force vs. bagong COVID virus, bubuoin ni P-Duterte

Nais ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na bumuo ng bagong task force na kabibilangan ng mga medical experts na tututok sa bagong COVID-19 variant na unang naitala sa United Kingdom.

Pahayag ni P-Duterte, “I’d like to ask the (Department of Health) Secretary (Francisco) Duque and Department of Health and the Department of Science and Technology (DOST)… I’d like them to… government itself should create another task force.

Hindi itong atin (Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases). Wala man tayong alam diyan. Nakatutok… medical. Ideally it should be medical persons na nakatutok lang talaga riyan sa bagong strain whether or not it is here or not and whether it is as virulent as the… itong… sabi naman ni Doktora (Dr. Marissa M. Alejandria), hindi masyado.

It is not as toxic as itong si COVID-19, si original, ‘yung tatay. So, but… I think that we should not really be complacent about it.

“We should treat the virus as a deadly disease that could be entering the Philippines. “Mahirap kasi kung mag-ano tayo, whether or not itong ano na ito is as virulent or as toxic as COVID-19… para sa akin pareho.

The contact is there, the possibility of contact is there because you have to talk to people and in the transit, a lot of locals are there working. “The policemen, the security guards are there, and while waiting I said they are in a room that maybe somebody, somehow, would pass it on to a Filipino coming home.”
