MECQ pa rin sa NCR

Mananatili sa modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) ang National Capital Region (NCR), habang ipinagpaliban din ang pilot implementation ng general community quarantine (GCQ) with alert level system ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), ayon sa Malacañang.

Sa isang statement ngayong Lunes nang gabi ni Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque, nasa ilalim pa rin ng MECQ ang Metro Manila hanggang Setyembre 15 o hanggang ipatupad ang pilot GCQ with alert level system.

Ipinagbabawal pa rin ang indoor at al-fresco dine-in services, gayundin ang personal care services kabilang dito ang mga beauty salons, beauty parlors at nail spas.

Papayagan ang mga religious services subalit dapat isagawa sa pamamagitan ng online video recording at mananatili pa rin itong virtual.

Ang mga miyembro ng pamilya lamang ang papayagan para sa necrological services, burol, inurnment at libing basta hindi ito namatay dahil sa COVID-19. Gayunman, ang naturang miyembro ng pamilya ay kinakailangang magpakita ng patunay ng kanilang kaugnayan sa namatay at dapat na sumunod sa minimum public health standards.

Supreme Court lang ang bukas… Mga korte sa MECQ areas, sarado hanggang sa Sept. 7

Mananatiling sarado ang mga korte sa mga lugar na isinailalim sa modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) katulad ng Metro Manila hanggang sa Setyembre 7 maliban sa Supreme Court, ayon sa Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) ngayong Sabado.

Sa ilalim ng Circular No. 114-2021, base sa utos ni Chief Justice Alexander G. Gesmundo, saad ni Court Administrator Jose Midas Marquez, “All courts in the NCR and identified areas under MECQ, except the Supreme Court, shall be PHYSICALLY CLOSED to court users for the duration of the MECQ. They shall continue to operate online and conduct videoconferencing hearings only for urgent incident and cases, such as, but not limited to, applications for bail, releases due to dismissal of cases or acquittal, habeas corpus, applications for temporary protection orders for Violence Against Women and Children cases, and analogous circumstances."

Paglilinaw naman ng OCA, maaaring sumangguni ang publiko sa hotlines at email addresses na naka-post sa website ng Supreme Court na https://sc.judiciary.gov.ph/.

MECQ, extended hanggang Setyembre 7 — Roque

Mananatili sa ilalim ng modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) ang National Capital Region (NCR) hanggang sa Setyembre 7, ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque ngayong Sabado.

Saad pa ni Roque, “The Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) retained the MECQ status of the NCR.”

Bukod sa NCR, mananatili rin sa MECQ ang mga sumusunod na lugar sa Luzon: Apayao, Ilocos Norte, Bulacan, Bataan, Cavite, Lucena City, Rizal at Laguna.

Sa Visayas naman, MECQ din ang paiiralin sa mga sumusunod na lugar: Aklan, Iloilo Province, Iloilo City, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu City, at Mandaue City.

Ang Cagayan de Oro City naman sa Mindanao ay isasailalim din sa MECQ, ayon kay Roque.

Saad pa ni Roque, “This latest community quarantine classification shall take effect beginning September 1 until September 7, 2021, pending a change in community quarantine guidelines.”
