‎I extend my heartfelt Christmas greetings to the entire Filipino nation as we solemnly and festively celebrate Christmas this year.

‎Once again, the season has arrived when streets come alive with Christmas songs, twinkling lights, holiday delicacies, and the joyful excitement of finding and sharing gifts for the people that we love.

‎This time of the year reminds us of the warmth of family, the laughter that we share with friends, and the blessings we extend to others, especially to those who need it most.

Let us commemorate the birth of Christ with compassion and kindness—by helping one another and standing together in recovery and in renewal.

‎Just like the Child in the Manger, may we always spark happiness and bring hope to every person that we meet along the way, as we move forward to a Bagong Pilipinas.

‎Once again, merry Christmas and may this Yuletide reflect the generosity of the Filipino spirit—always giving, always loving, and always putting others’ welfare before our own.

‘This is not a political attack. This is a constitutional requirement’

Nanawagan ang Partido Demokratiko Pilipino Lakas ng Bayan (PDP Laban) kay Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. na sumailalim sa isang transparent, independent, at medically supervised hair follicle drug test.

Kaugnay ito sa kamakailang paratang ni Senator Imee Marcos na gumagamait umano ng droga ang Pangulo.

Dagdag nila, bilang Commander-in-Chief ng bansa, ang physical at mental fitness ng Pangulo ay direktang nakakaapekto sa national security, economic decision-making, diplomatic relations, at sa stability ng bansa.

“At a time when the nation is already facing intensifying corruption scandals, worsening economic indicators, and rapidly declining public trust—the Filipino people deserve clarity, not speculation, not denials, not scripted statements,” anila.

Kung tatanggi anila ang Palasyo maaari itong mauwi sa isang “constitutional matter”. Paliwanag nila, mahalagang tugunan ng Pangulo ang anumang pagdududa dahil ang pagpayag o pagtanggi nito ay makakaapekto sa kanyang kakayahang gampanan ang mga obligasyong itinakda ng Article VII ng Konstitusyon.

Ito ang naging sagot ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. kasunod ng pagbubulgar ni dating Ako Bicol Rep. Zaldy Co na ang Pangulo, kasama si dating House Speaker Martin Romualdez ang nag-orchestrate umano ng P100 bilyong insertions sa 2025 national budget.

Nauna nang itinanggi ng Palasyo ang naging akusasyon ni Co laban sa Pangulo.
