Ang sunburn ay ang pamumula at pananakit ng balat. Kadalasang lumilitaw ito sa loob ng ilang oras pagkatapos ng sobrang pagkakababad sa ultraviolet (UV) light mula sa sikat ng araw.

Ang sunburn ay maaaring tumagal nang ilang araw o mas mahaba pa bago ito maglaho. Ang matindi at paulit-ulit na pagkakababad sa araw ay nagreresulta sa sunburn.
