Ibinalik si KC Concepcion bilang Goodwill Ambassador ng World Food Programme (WFP). 

Matatandaan na dati na siyang naging WFP Goodwill Ambassador ng nasabing world’s largest humanitarian organization.

Ang WFP ay itinayo ng United Nations (UN) General Assembly noong 1961. During the celebration of World Humanitarian Day, opisyal na inihayag ng WFP ang pagbabalik ni KC bilang Goodwill Ambassador sa kanilang Instagram (IG) account, ang wfp_philippines.

Ini-repost ni KC sa IG ang mga pictures niya with WFP executives during the official announcement ng kanyang pagbabalik as Goodwill Ambassador.

Caption niya: “On #WorldHumanitarianDay, @kristinaconcepcion officially returns as WFP Goodwill Ambassador, reaffirming her commitment to champion school meals.

“In 2008, KC previously served as National Ambassador Against Hunger. Now, she is continuing the mission. Welcome back, KC!”

Kasama si KC sa iba pang international and famous celebrities na ambassadors din ng WFP kabilang sina The Weeknd, Kate Hudson, Antoni Porowski, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Brühl, at Ons Jabeur.

And in fairness, makikita rin ang name ni KC sa online account ng WFP which described her as the “Actress KC Concepcion is a National Ambassador Against Hunger for the WFP in the Philippines”.

HINDI naman napigilan ni Megastar Sharon Cuneta na ibulalas ang kanyang kasiyahan at pagiging feeling super-proud sa kanyang firstborn na si KC Concepcion sa bago nitong achievement.

May repost agad si Mega sa kanyang social media accounts ng pagpili muli kay KC as United Nations (UN) National Ambassador Against Hunger for the World Food Programme.

Pagkaganda-gandang solo picture ni KC ang ipinost ni Mega at nilagyan niya ng ganitong caption: “And now my eldest, Kristina @kristinaconcepcion has once again been tapped by the United Nations to be their Goodwill Ambassador! She served in their World Food Program for years. So proud of my baby!”

Sinundan pa ito ni Mega ng isa pang post tungkol sa comeback ni KC bilang WFP Ambassador kung saan pinasalamatan ni Sharon ang Panginoon para sa buhay ng kanyang mga anak na makatuturan.

On her third Instagram (IG) post, ipinost ni Mega ang pictures ni KC during the official announcement ng kanyang pagbabalik as World Food Programme’s (UN-WFP) Goodwill Ambassador na ginanap sa WFP Philippines Country Office in Mandaluyong City kahapon, August 19.

Caption ni Sharon sa kanyang latest IG post: “My children and my husband are the only people I truly live for. Thank You, Jesus, for giving me a husband and kids who love me to the moon and back and make me so proud! (heart emoji). On #WorldHumanitarianDay, @kristinaconcepcion officially returns as WFP Goodwill Ambassador, reaffirming her commitment to champion school meals.”

Incidentally, related ang pagiging Goodwill Ambassador ni KC sa Senate Committee on Agriculture, Food, and Agrarian Reform na hinahawakan ng kanyang stepfather na si Sen. Francis Pangilinan. Maybe magkakaroon ng chance that they will work together para sa pagkain ng mga ‘Pinoy. ‘Yun ay kung magiging okey na ang mag-amain.

For sure, magkakaayos din sina Sen. Kiko Pangilinan at KC Concepcion lalo na kung for a good cause.

Mukhang tuyot na raw… AIKO, PUMAYAT, TUMANDA

Nanuyit na raw ang hitsura ng mukha ng aktres na si Aiko Melendez sa ipinost niyang closeup photo sa Instagram (IG) recently. ‘Yan ang sabi sa comment section ng post ni Aiko sa kanyang selfie.

Halos hindi na makilala si Aiko sa kanyang latest look dahil sa sobra niyang kapayatan. Sa kabila nito, mukhang proud si Aiko sa kanyang pagpayat.

Caption ni Aiko sa picture niya, “GOOD AM (morning)! (sun emoji) Each sunrise is life’s gentle reminder that you have another chance to grow, to smile, and to make today a masterpiece (green heart emoji).”

May mga gusto ang pagpayat ni Aiko at pinuri pa siya sa kanyang look. Gandang-ganda pa rin ang mga followers niya sa kanya gaya ng TV Patrol newscaster na si Karen Davila.

Pero marami rin ang hindi nagandahan sa pagpayat ni Aiko:

NANINIWALA ang AQ Prime Music artist na si Zela na everyone has a perfect time. At para sa kanya, 2025 ang taon niya to shine. 

Five years ang kontrata niya with AQ Prime at tatlong taon na siya. 

Sa ikatlong taon, nabigyan siya ng opportunity na mag-perform sa sikat na Waterbomb Festival sa South Korea.

Ang Waterbomb Festival ay taun-taong ginaganap sa SK tuwing summer, organized by Volume Unit Entertainment at sinimulan noong 2015.

Mga sikat na K-Pop artists ang nagpe-perform dito. For this year, naka-lineup sina Jay Park, 2NE1, Karina from aespa, Super Junior-D&E, Kiss of Life, at ITZY.

Ayon kay Zela, “Uh, we got invited po. Kasi I was with my co-artist sa AQ Prime, with BI7IB po, and I was the only P-Pop artist na babae. But I don’t really know the details that much.

“Sinabi lang po sa amin na magpe-perform kami. Nagulat lang din po kami na we’re gonna perform sa Waterbomb. It’s very famous sa Korea and first time nangyari dito sa Pilipinas.”

Sobrang nagulat daw si Zela noong malaman niyang magpe-perform siya sa Waterbomb.

Aniya, “Very surreal po ‘yung feeling. Also, I got nervous din because first big stage ko s’ya ng 2025. Pagpasok pa lang ng year, parang ‘yun agad ang nalaman namin.

“So, sabi ko sana magtuluy-tuloy na ‘yung blessings. Then eto nga, nagkaroon ako ng album after nu’ng Waterbomb.”

Nakausap namin si Zela sa launch ng kanyang first album titled Lockhart, a powerful debut that marks her entry into the growing P-pop scene. Ten tracks ang laman ng album, 6 dito ay mismong si Zela ang nag-compose. Ang title ng album ay inspired from her last name.

“My name is Zela Lockhart, so the title came from there. We decided on it because it has a personal meaning for me—most of the songs are written by me, and it all started there. ‘Lockhart’ also symbolizes being locked in on my goals and the things I want to achieve in life,” paliwanag niya.

During her album launch, kinanta ni Zela ang isa sa mga kanta, ang Ace.

“Ace means Activate Confidence to Empower. I chose to just call it ‘Ace’ because I want to empower others through my music,” sabi pa niya.

Lastly, ishinare ni Zela kung sino ang local artists na gusto niyang maka-collab.

“If I had to choose, I’d say BINI because they’re the queens of P-pop, and G22 because our genres vibe well together,” sey pa ni Zela.

Pasabogang mga rebelasyon ni Liza Soberano sa Can I Come In? channel na mapapanood sa YouTube (YT).

Ini-reveal niya ang nangyari sa romance nila ng screen partner niya na si Enrique Gil at kung paano sila nag-split. 

Three years ago na raw sila nag-split (naghiwalay) ng aktor, but a year before ng actual breakup nila, nakikita na raw ni Liza sa sarili niya na unhappy siya. 

Akala raw niya, si Enrique na ang kanyang forever pero may nakita raw siya na signs kay Enrique para hiwalayan.

Instead na tanungin ang aktor, hinayaan na lang daw niya dahil may trauma pala itong si Liza sa confrontation.

Pahayag ni Liza, “I decided to just swallow it or like, sweep everything under the rug. I kind of accepted. I like, I remember I did like a mental checkup with myself and I accepted that there were certain things about him that I wasn’t okay with, and that it’s just always going to be like that. And that’s just life. You win some, you lose some. You have to deal with the good and the bad.

“So I was like mentally telling myself these things because we were already at that point almost 8 years together and I was genuinely EXPECTING US TO GET MARRIED like soon. But then, it didn’t happen. And so, when I broke up with him, I would say it was such a beautiful breakup because it was still so, so full of love.”

Inamin pa ni Liza na nahirapan talaga siya na makipaghiwalay kay Enrique dahil sobra niya itong mahal at nakaramdam din siya ng guilt feeling.
