2 Bettors Share ₱33-M MegaLotto 6/45 Jackpot

MANDALUYONG CITY — Two bettors shared the ₱33-million jackpot prize of the PCSO MegaLotto 6/45 draw held on

January 21, 2026, after presenting winning tickets bearing the combination 28-12-02-15-23-13.

The first claimant, a Davao City resident working in the transportation industry, said he was initially overwhelmed upon learning that his ticket matched all six numbers. He said he plans to prioritize practical, carefully considered purchases, starting with building a simple family home, and may also invest in a few taxi units and a small grocery store to help support his family’s long-term needs.

He added that the winning numbers held personal meaning, as they were based on important family dates and ages. The claimant said he had consistently played the same combination for nearly two years, joining lotto and digit games whenever extra money allowed.

The second winner, a seafarer, said he has been playing PCSO games since the 1990s and had previously come close to the jackpot after matching five out of six numbers. During vacation breaks or time off from overseas work, he said he regularly visits lotto outlets to try his luck.

After learning that the ₱33-million jackpot would be split between two winners, he said he adjusted his plans, noting that he would not receive the full amount and would continue working for now. He added that he may consider retiring in about five years and starting a modest business venture to support a simpler life.

Both winners were personally met by PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles, who congratulated them and underscored the importance of prudent financial management. Robles encouraged the winners to invest wisely and maintain attainable, low-key lifestyles to help ensure their winnings provide lasting security for their families.
