Calling all SuperKids! This month of October, you’re the main character as SM Supermalls invites you to show off your unique talents, quirks, and everything that makes you YOU!

SM will be hosting the SUPERKIDS MONTH LAUNCH on October 5, 2024, Saturday at SM City North Edsa Annex Atrium, kicking off a fun-filled, month-long extravaganza for our SuperKids! Gusto nang makaroon ng family bonding? Mga lugar na ‘di dapat palampasin

Bagot ka na ba sa kakatrabaho? Naku, besh! Huwag mo naman masyadong isubsob ang iyong sarili sa pagtatrabaho. Bakit ‘di mo muna kaya subukan ang mag-unwind kasama ang iyong pamilya? 

Maraming lugar dito sa ‘Pinas na puno ng adventure, at kasiyahan na tiyak na ‘di n’yo malilimutan. Magmula sa mga beach, hanggang sa mga makasaysayang lugar na tiyak na magbibigay saya sa bawat miyembro ng pamilya. Gusto n’yo yorn? Ako rin, gusto ko nu’n! Char! 

Narito ang ilang lugar na siguradong magbibigay saya sa bawat miyembro ng pamilya. 

1. ENCHANTED KINGDOM, LAGUNA. Kung ang pamilya mo ay mahilig sa thrill rides at magical experiences, ang Enchanted Kingdom ang tamang destinasyon para sa inyo! Mula sa makulay na parade hanggang sa nakakakaba na rides, siguradong mag-uumapaw ang saya ng bawat isa kapag dito kayo nagtungo. Oh, ‘di ba?

5. CEBU. Ang Cebu ay may lahat ng kailangan para sa isang family vacation. Mula sa mga beautiful beaches sa Mactan hanggang sa thrilling whale shark watching sa Oslob, bawat miyembro ng pamilya ay makakahanap ng exciting na activities dito.

6. BANAUE RICE TERRACES. Para sa mga pamilyang gustong maglakbay at matutunan ang mga tradisyunal na pamumuhay, ang Banaue Rice Terraces ay isang perfect na destinasyon. Ang stunning terraces ay nagbibigay ng unique na pagkakataon na maranasan ang kalikasan at kultura ng Ifugao.

SM Seaside City opens Cebu’s first outdoor free-play pickleball court in Cebu City

The Cebu Professional Pickleball Association together with SM Seaside City Cebu announces the opening of Cebu’s first outdoor free-play pickleball court. Located at the upper ground level, Tower Garden, Cube Wing, this new facility is set to become a hub for both seasoned players and newcomers to the sport.

Pickleball is a fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis. Played on a smaller court with a lower net, it uses paddles and a plastic ball with holes. It’s easy to learn, making it accessible to players of all ages and skill levels.

The game begins with an underhand serve, hit diagonally across the court. The serve must clear the non-volley zone (the area near the net). The ball must bounce once on each side before volleys (hitting the ball before it bounces) are allowed.

Only the serving team can score points. A point is scored when the opposing team fails to return the ball or commits a fault.

Whether you are a professional or a beginner, everyone is invited to join the daily sessions and experience the thrill of pickleball. Grab your paddles and come ready for some action-packed, friendly matches in a welcoming environment.
