Humingi ng paumanhin ang BDO na hindi pa rin maa-access ang kanilang digital banking channels dahil patuloy pa rin ang isinasagawang upgraded version nito.
Lumalaki raw ang bilang ng mga gumagamit ng kanilang digital channels kaya kailangan nilang i-upgrade ang kanilang system.
"The Bank has been experiencing ever-increasing volume usage in our digital channels and have taken steps to adjust. Today's volume has been substantially higher than the normal peak levels," ayon sa kanilang social media post.
Sinabi rin ng BDO na pansamantala munang gumamit ng mga ATMs o pumunta sa mga pinakamalapit na BDO branches para sa mga importanteng transaksiyon at sundin ang mga health protocols.
“We apologize for the inaccessibility of our Digital Banking channels and the inconvenience it has caused, especially during this payday period. In the meantime, we encourage you to use the ATMs or visit our branches for your urgent transactions. All BDO branches are following safety measures and observing physical distancing. Please wear your face mask and face shield so we may serve you safely and efficiently.”
